Sarah Rosenberg, MA

Professional Counselor Associate

My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported—just as you are. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply ready for something to shift, I'm here to help you explore what’s going on with compassion and curiosity.

I believe therapy should feel like a collaboration, not a one-size-fits-all approach. We'll work together to better understand your experiences, build on your strengths, and move toward the kind of life you want to live. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and nonjudgmental—I bring humor and honesty into the room, and I’m always guided by what matters most to you.

I work with adults, teens (16+), and couples, supporting clients as they gain insight, shift long-standing patterns, and build deeper connections—in their relationships and within themselves. My approach is integrative, meaning I pull from a variety of therapeutic frameworks based on what’s most helpful for you. These include Internal Family Systems (IFS), Restoration Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Interpersonal Neurobiology, and mindfulness-based practices. I’m also grounded in Attachment and Family Systems Theory, with a deep appreciation for how our early relationships shape the way we move through the world today.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent many years in the nonprofit world—work that deepened my belief in the resilience of people and the importance of community. I know that healing doesn’t happen in isolation, and therapy can be a place to feel seen, supported, and empowered to move forward.

If you’re considering therapy, I’d love to connect. Reaching out can feel like a big step—but you don’t have to do it alone.
