Graduate Student Intern

Who I Work With: My practice serves people of all ages and stages of life.

As a graduate student intern pursuing dual licensure as a Mental Health Counselor and Marriage, Couple, and Family Therapist, my goal is to provide compassionate, affirming support for people of all ages and stages of life. Every person brings a unique story, and I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, respected, and empowered to pursue meaningful change.

My passion for counseling comes from a desire to help create positive change in people's lives. The counseling relationship offers an opportunity for compassion, understanding, and connection—qualities that can be difficult to find when navigating life's challenges alone. It is a privilege to walk alongside clients during vulnerable moments and witness the courage, resilience, and growth that emerge throughout the healing process.

Using an integrative, trauma-informed approach, I tailor therapy to each client's individual needs, strengths, and goals. My work is affirming of all identities and informed by an interest in liberation psychology, which recognizes both personal experiences and the broader systems that influence our wellbeing. Together, we'll explore challenges, build on existing strengths, and identify pathways toward growth that feel authentic and sustainable.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, career concerns, relationship conflict, or the effects of systemic injustice, support is available. My hope is to help clients deepen self-understanding, strengthen relationships, and move toward a life that feels more connected, empowered, and fulfilling.

Outside the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, and taking in live music and performing arts. These experiences keep me grounded in the connection, creativity, and joy that support wellbeing. And for a little extra fun, I occasionally wear roller skates while cleaning my house.
