Who I Work With: My practice serves young adults and adults (ages 19–65+), as well as groups for Trauma and Complex PTSD.

What drew me to becoming a therapist was the hope that fewer people would have to feel so alone with their pain. I’m passionate about offering support, grounding, and space in therapy—room to process what’s happened to you and move toward a life that feels more aligned with your values.

My approach is warm, relational, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive. I believe that while many of us have been hurt in relationships, healing can also happen through relationships. I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from George Fox University and completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Trauma-Informed Care. My work is informed by psychodynamic theory, Attachment Theory, AEDP, ACT, and Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB).

I often work with clients experiencing acute or complex trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, identity concerns, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I also enjoy supporting immigrants, refugees, and individuals navigating multicultural or intersecting identities. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, therapy can be a place to find healing, clarity, and a deeper connection to yourself. I also facilitate Trauma and Complex PTSD groups.

As an Arab-American and first-generation immigrant woman, I understand how cultural, religious, spiritual, and community identities shape our experiences. When appropriate, I incorporate these important parts of your identity into our work together, creating a space where all parts of you are welcome. My goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered as you move toward the life and relationships you want.
