I provide therapy for individuals, children, families, and caregivers, supporting concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, stress management, healing from past experiences, parenting support, goal setting, and navigating cross-cultural and spiritual concerns.

My therapeutic approach is compassionate, strengths-based, and client-centered, with an emphasis on curiosity, collaboration, and growth. I believe meaningful change happens when clients feel supported, understood, and empowered. I draw on both professional training and personal experience to offer a playful yet grounded approach to therapy that supports healing and lasting change.

Having been born and raised in India, I bring a multicultural and culturally responsive perspective to my work. I value exploring each client’s strengths while also addressing unresolved challenges. I help clients build skills to better understand and organize their internal experiences, strengthen emotional regulation, and engage more fully in their relationships and daily lives. I am committed to celebrating progress, fostering hope, and walking alongside clients as an ally throughout the therapeutic process.

I have over seven years of experience working with youth, individuals, and families, using an eclectic and individualized approach tailored to each client’s needs. My clinical work includes evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Attachment-Based Family Therapy (ABFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Therapy, and play and sand tray therapies..
