Elizabeth Harvey MA, CADC I

Professional Counselor Associate

Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and I’m honored to walk alongside clients as they navigate life’s challenges. I work with adolescents (16+) and adults, as well as couples, families, and groups, creating a supportive space where you can feel truly seen, heard, and understood. My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by my own experiences with the healing power of a strong therapeutic relationship—something I strive to offer each person I meet.

My approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, and integrative, drawing from strengths-based practices, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). I believe you are the expert on your own life, and together we’ll build on your strengths while developing practical tools to help you move forward with confidence.

I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, addiction, life transitions, grief and loss, and relationship challenges. As a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC), I bring specialized experience in working with individuals navigating substance use and behavioral addictions, as well as supporting loved ones impacted by them.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time engaging with the arts—especially musical theater—which continues to inspire my appreciation for creativity, connection, and storytelling.

Who I Work With: My practice serves young adults and adults (ages 19–65+).
