Life is shaped by the connections we have—with ourselves, our loved ones, and the world around us. While each person's experiences are unique, our relationships often play a powerful role in how we navigate challenges, find meaning, and experience fulfillment. I view therapy as an opportunity to explore old patterns, discover new possibilities, and strengthen the connections that matter most. It is a privilege to walk alongside clients as they work toward healing, resolution, and a more meaningful life.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in creating a sense of safety and trust. I believe meaningful growth begins when people feel emotionally supported and understood. Together, we'll move at a pace that feels right for you, building a foundation of stability before exploring difficult experiences or emotions. Through this process, I help clients uncover greater clarity, develop deeper self-awareness, and identify practical steps toward healing and growth.

I work with people of all ages and provide therapy for individuals, couples, families, and groups. My approach is informed by Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples, Structural Family Therapy for families, and Play Therapy for children. Whether you're navigating relationship challenges, family dynamics, life transitions, emotional struggles, or personal growth, I strive to create a space where you feel supported, challenged, and empowered.

I earned my Master of Arts in Marriage, Couple, and Family Counseling from George Fox University, where I developed a strong foundation in systemic and relationship-centered approaches to therapy. My work is guided by the belief that healing often happens through connection and that meaningful change is possible at every stage of life.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with my wife and children, going for runs, listening to podcasts, and catching up with friends over a good cup of tea. These simple moments of connection and reflection help keep me grounded and continue to inspire my work with clients.
