Who I Work With: My practice serves adolescents, young adults, and adults (ages 13–64), couples, and families, including individuals with physical disabilities, developmental and intellectual disabilities, and those living with chronic illness.

I became a therapist for a specific purpose—to help others feel heard, understood, and supported. My own life experiences taught me the importance of working with a therapist who listens deeply and seeks to understand the full context of a person’s life.

I provide therapy for adults, couples, and families, working with concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and infertility. My approach is trauma-informed and integrative, grounded in attachment theory and evidence-based practices. I specialize in supporting parents of children with special or high needs, as well as adoptive families. I also have extensive experience working with complex trauma and symptoms related to distressing or overwhelming life events.

I am trained in EMDR therapy, an evidence-based treatment shown to help individuals heal from trauma, emotional distress, and related symptoms. I believe that effective therapy is built on mutual respect, trust, and collaboration between client and therapist. Each person has an innate capacity for healing and growth, and our work together is focused on helping you access and strengthen that ability.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, hiking, running, and appreciating all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
