Who I Work With: My practice serves children and adolescents (ages 6–18), young adults and adults (ages 19–64), couples, families, and groups for children and young families.
Availability:Jessi is accepting waitlist individuals, couples, and families at our McMinnville location and for virtual services.

My approach to therapy is based on my belief that all people go through some level of hurt or trauma at one point in their lives. If these wounds are left untreated they can develop into maladaptive behaviors. To begin healing, I want to come alongside clients through a warm, nurturing, and therapeutic relationship. I will provide a supportive environment that harbors a trusting and caring space with empathy and compassion to ultimately bring healing. 

I work with children, adolescents, and adults individually, as well as with couples, families, and groups. I use an integrative approach centered around multiple theories to help clients incorporate meaningful change and reach their therapy goals. I believe in the fundamental foundations of Client Centered Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Attachment Theory, as well as Emotion Focused Therapy, Restoration Therapy, and Play Therapy. By uncovering our personal stories, we can create goals for healing, empowering us to lead healthy lives and promote a positive lifestyle.

Outside of therapy I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, gardening, exercising, and reading a good book.

Additional training I have includes: MA in Marriage Couple and Family Counseling from George Fox University, Restoration Therapy Level 1, Suicide and Crisis Management Training, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Child Centered Play Therapy, and Sandtray Therapy.
