Hi! I’m glad you’re here. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I am passionate about supporting individuals and families as they work toward meaningful personal and relational goals. Whether you are seeking to build a healthier relationship with yourself or others, move through feelings of being stuck, heal from past trauma, adjust to life transitions, manage anxiety, stress, or depression, or address behavioral concerns for your child, I strive to provide a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free therapeutic space.

My approach to therapy is collaborative, client-centered, and strengths-based, grounded in a trauma-informed and attachment-focused framework. I believe that healing and growth happen through safe, supportive relationships, and I work alongside clients to help them feel seen, heard, and understood throughout the therapy process.

I am certified in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), an evidence-based treatment for children and caregivers, and Nature-Based Therapy, which integrates the healing benefits of the natural world into counseling. I work with clients across the lifespan and tailor therapy to each individual, couple, or family’s unique needs and goals.

Outside of my work as a therapist, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, exploring new podcasts, and finding quiet moments to read or write.e
