Are you ready to make a change in your life? Change can be scary, difficult, and unpredictable, and I am here to walk through it with you. I am passionate about working with individuals, children, teens, couples, and families to find what works for them by meeting them where they are and making certain they feel seen, heard, and understood. I believe that everyone is capable of change, and that forming a trusting client-therapist relationship is an important first step in challenging old thinking patterns and habits so that growth and change can happen in therapy.

My approach is person-centered, and I draw from a variety of methods including solution-focused therapy, CBT, DBT, EMDR, somatic approaches, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, strategic family therapy, trauma-focused treatment, and interpersonal neurobiology. I enjoy working with people from all backgrounds and ages, from preschoolers to those transitioning through different stages of life.

I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, autism, developmental disorders, divorce, racial trauma, and life transitions. I am committed to providing a safe environment where you can explore your healing process, find peace within yourself, and strive for healthy relationships.
