Marriage, Couple, and Family Counseling

I am a graduate student intern currently completing my Masters in Marriage, Couple, and Family Counseling at George Fox University. As a therapist-in-training, I bring warmth, curiosity, and compassion into the counseling space.

I believe that every human being is a beautiful complex organism made up of many parts. I view each client through a holistic lens that embraces their psychological, biological, social, cultural, and spiritual dimensions.

My ultimate goal is to provide a therapeutic environment that feels safe, honest, and respectful—a space where clients can explore their challenges and strengths with support and without judgment.

The therapeutic ideologies and theories I am most drawn to include: humanistic approaches, attachment theory, emotionally focused therapy, and family systems theory. I always take a strength based approach. I am also trained in Restoration Therapy, which offers practical tools for breaking deeply rooted relational patterns and creating healthier relationships.

I love spending time with my loved ones, and I love anything that involves being in nature.

Who I Work With: My practice serves adolescents, young adults, and adults (ages 13–65+), couples, families, and groups including those living with chronic illness.
