Hello, my name is Yaritza and as a Bilingual Latina therapist (English/Spanish), I aim to provide support to a diverse population in an environment where individuals are able to communicate their needs and express themselves in their native language. I believe that language opens the door for creating and strengthening relationships.

My priority is to create an inclusive and safe space where you can process and explore your thoughts and feelings openly. My hope is that therapy provides you with the support and encouragement needed to feel connected to yourself, empowered and confident in advocating for yourself. Together, we can work toward greater self-worth, happiness, and motivation to continue building positive changes and meaningful connections in your life.

Hola mi nombre es Yaritza y creo que el lenguaje abre las oportunidades al cambio y al crecimiento. Como terapeuta latina y bilingüe (Español/Ingles), quiero brindar apoyo y crear un ambiente en el que las personas puedan comunicar sus necesidades y expresarse en su propio lenguaje. 

Mi prioridad es crear un espacio seguro donde puedas reflexionar y profundizar tus pensamientos y sentimientos. Espero que la terapia te brinde el apoyo y el impulso que necesitas para sentirte conectado contigo mismo, fuerte y seguro de ti mismo para seguir generando cambios positivos y desarrollando una vida llena de conexiones significativas.
