Hello! Hola! My name is Yaritza, I am a Latina bilingual (English/Spanish) therapist. I am passionate about breaking the stigma around mental health and helping individuals find healing in their life. I am dedicated to tailoring therapy to your unique needs, fostering healing with curiosity, trauma informed care and a person-centered approach. It is my priority to create an inclusive and safe space for you to process and explore your feelings. I have experience working with culturally diverse populations and a specialty focus on Latino populations. As a bilingual therapist, I offer a culturally attuned space for all, with a special invitation to those seeking a therapist who honors their language and heritage as part of their therapeutic journey.
My hope is that therapy can provide enough support and encouragement that you feel strengthened and confident in advocating for yourself and moving forward with more self-worth, happiness, and desire to continue making positive changes and connections with others in your life.
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, eating tacos and hiking.
