Graduate Student Intern
Hi! I’m Elise! I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups across the lifespan, and I am passionate about creating a space where people feel safe, heard, and supported.
My path to counseling is rooted in personal experiences that showed me the power of healing and connection. I believe everyone deserves compassionate support as they navigate life’s challenges, and I strive to help clients build insight, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful change.
My approach is collaborative and grounded in person-centered values, integrating attachment-based, emotionally focused, family systems, and cognitive behavioral approaches. I work with concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship distress, and life transitions, helping clients better understand themselves and develop healthier, more connected ways of living.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Human Development and Family Sciences, and I am currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Marriage, Couple, and Family Counseling at George Fox University.
Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time outdoors and being with my loved ones.
If you’re considering taking the next step, I would be honored to support you in your journey. Feel free to reach out to schedule an appointment—I look forward to connecting with you.
