Group Therapy

You don’t have to do this alone. Group therapy offer supportive, professionally led spaces where healing happens through connection. At Fir Counseling, we provide a range of groups addressing anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and more. In group therapy, members share experiences, learn practical coping tools, and build a sense of community in a safe and confidential environment. Together, we create opportunities for insight, growth, and meaningful support.
