Group Therapy
You don’t have to do this alone. Group therapy offers supportive, professionally led spaces where healing happens through connection. At Fir Counseling, we provide a range of groups addressing anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and more. Participants share experiences, learn practical coping tools, and build a sense of community in a safe and confidential environment. Together, we create opportunities for insight, growth, and meaningful support.
How it works
Sessions typically include guided discussion, educational content, and practical strategies that participants can apply in their daily lives. While sharing is encouraged, individuals may participate at their own comfort level. Groups are designed to promote connection, reduce isolation, and provide tools for lasting emotional growth.
Group therapy sessions are currently $XX per session unless otherwise noted. Fees are subject to change and will be confirmed prior to enrollment. Payment is due at or before each scheduled session unless alternative arrangements have been made. Insurance coverage for group therapy varies depending on your provider and individual plan. We recommend contacting your insurance company directly to verify whether group therapy services are covered under your behavioral health benefits.
Group therapy works best when participants attend consistently. Because a group spot is reserved for each member, missed sessions may still be charged. If you need to cancel, please provide at least 24–48 hours notice. Make-up sessions are typically not available for missed group sessions.
