Sometimes life simply gets heavy, or the usual routines aren’t working anymore. In those moments, we need a safe place to land—a space to breathe, unpack our stories, and make sense of the messy parts and hard chapters.

My approach to counseling is rooted in the belief that our mental, physical, and social health are deeply interconnected. Drawing on my background in lifestyle medicine, health education, and coaching, I recognize that our personal habits are vital. This perspective led me to my work as a graduate student intern at George Fox University, where I am completing my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

In therapy, my goal is for you to feel truly seen, heard, and understood. Together, we will clarify what matters most to you, build on your strengths, and move toward meaningful, lasting change. I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups across the lifespan, and I have a special appreciation for those navigating health challenges and caregiving roles.

I hold a Master of Public Health (MPH) and am certified in Lifestyle Medicine (DipACLM). I am continually inspired by human resilience and the ability to heal.

Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, hiking, gardening, cooking, and being at home with my two dogs.

It takes courage to reach out, and I would be honored to walk alongside you. Feel free to reach out to schedule an appointment—I look forward to connecting with you.
