The teen years can be filled with growth and possibility, but they can also bring challenges that feel overwhelming to navigate alone. I specialize in supporting teens, young adults, and families as they work through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, identity development, family challenges, and life transitions. My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to better understand themselves and their experiences.

My approach is strengths-based, trauma-informed, and grounded in narrative therapy, helping clients make meaning of their experiences while recognizing their capacity for growth. I integrate expressive and experiential approaches—including art, movement, and nature-based practices—alongside Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to support emotional wellbeing and build practical coping skills. I also draw from systems and family-centered perspectives, recognizing the important role relationships, family, school, and community play in our lives.

I provide LGBTQIA+ affirming care and support for neurodivergent youth, and I believe healing happens through connection, collaboration, and a holistic understanding of each person's unique story.

My background includes residential treatment, forensic interviewing, and school social work, where I supported youth and families navigating complex emotional and relational challenges. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Master of Social Work and am a Certified Social Work Associate with the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Social Workers. Experiences leading hiking, backpacking, and grief support groups continue to shape my belief in the healing power of nature, creativity, and movement.

Outside of work, you'll often find me curled up with a good book and a cup of coffee, sharing meals with loved ones, or exploring the forest with my partner and our sweet pup, Marty.
