Licensed Professional Counselor

I am so happy to welcome you and look forward to working alongside you. I am very passionate and committed to helping individuals and families overcome various life challenges. I believe the therapist's role is one that promotes both trust and respect while providing the necessary support for individuals to navigate through the challenging stages of life. I work with a number of these challenges which include life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and relationship conflicts. In my experience and personal growth, I have formed a very playful and fun approach from a strengths-based and trauma-informed lens. 

I received my MA in Clinical Counseling from Grand Canyon University with an emphasis towards Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) modalities. I have experience doing crisis work and as a therapist in the school system. I am also trained in Attachment Based Family Therapy (ABFT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

In my free time, I absolutely enjoy reading, spending time with loved ones, traveling, and taking the time to appreciate the outdoors.
