Licensed Professional Counselor | Trauma-Informed Therapy for Individuals & Families

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who is passionate about supporting individuals and families as they navigate life’s challenges. I strive to create a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, respect, and collaboration, offering a supportive space for clients to explore concerns and build meaningful change. I work with a wide range of issues, including life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and relationship conflict.

My therapeutic style is strengths-based, trauma-informed, and engaging, with an emphasis on helping clients feel safe, supported, and empowered. Through both professional experience and personal growth, I have developed an approach that is playful and flexible while remaining clinically grounded and responsive to each client’s unique needs.

I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling from Grand Canyon University, with an emphasis in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I have experience providing crisis intervention services and working as a therapist within the school system, supporting children, adolescents, and families. I am trained in Attachment-Based Family Therapy (ABFT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), evidence-based approaches commonly used to treat trauma and emotional distress.

Outside of my work as a therapist, I enjoy reading, spending time with loved ones, traveling, and appreciating time outdoors.
