Living Well with Chronic Pain is a therapeutic group designed to support individuals coping with ongoing physical pain and its emotional impact. Chronic pain affects more than the body — it influences mood, relationships, identity, and daily functioning. In this supportive, clinician-led group, participants learn practical tools for managing stress, reducing pain-related distress, improving sleep, and rebuilding a sense of control and quality of life.
